By participating in the Writers Room of Georgia (hereinafter referred to as "WRG"), a program of Trilith Institute Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Trilith Institute"), I understand and acknowledge that the nature of this collaborative environment will involve the sharing, discussion, and development of creative ideas, concepts, scripts, expression, and other intellectual property ("Intellectual Property"). I recognize that, while WRG and Trilith Institute strive to foster a community of respect and integrity, the possibility exists that Intellectual Property shared within the group may be perceived as similar to or influenced by other members' Intellectual Property. In consideration of my participation in WRG, I hereby irrevocably and forever release, discharge, and hold harmless WRG, Trilith Institute, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from—and expressly waive my right to assert any claim involving—any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising at any time (whether now, in the past, or in the future)out of or in connection with any perceived or actual theft, misappropriation, unauthorized use, or infringement by the Released Parties or third parties of any Intellectual Property (including any moral rights therein) that I present or discuss during my involvement in WRG. I understand that by participating in WRG, I am voluntarily sharing Intellectual Property in a collaborative setting and assume the inherent risks associated with such participation. I further acknowledge that WRG and Trilith Institute do not monitor, regulate, or take responsibility for the use of Intellectual Property shared among members. This release and waiver constitutes the entire agreement between myself, WRG, and Trilith Institute regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. This release and waiver shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. This release and waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. By participating in WRG, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Creative Collaboration and Intellectual Property Waiver I further acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice before agreeing to this release and waiver.

By participating in the Writers Room of Georgia program (hereinafter referred to as "WRG"), including interactions on the WRG Discord server and other online or offline community spaces (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Community Platforms"), I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older. I understand and acknowledge that these activities involve engaging with other members, sharing ideas, and participating in discussions. I recognize that, while WRG and Trilith Institute Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Trilith Institute") strive to maintain a respectful and constructive environment, there is a potential for disagreements, misunderstandings, and perceived or actual misappropriation of ideas and infringement of intellectual property. I agree to abide by the WRG Code of Conduct, which promotes respectful and constructive communication, prohibits harassment, and ensures a positive experience for all members. I understand that failure to adhere to the WRG Code of Conduct may result in my removal from the Community Platforms without notice. In consideration of my participation in the Community Platforms, I hereby irrevocably release, discharge, and hold harmless WRG, Trilith Institute, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from—and expressly waive my right to assert any claim involving—any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (i) Any disputes, conflicts, or disagreements with other members, including but not limited to claims of harassment, defamation, or infringement of intellectual property rights; (ii) Any perceived or actual theft, misappropriation, or unauthorized use of ideas, content, or feedback shared within the Community Platforms; (iii) Any technical issues, data breaches, or other security incidents that may occur on the Community Platforms. I understand and accept that I am solely responsible for the content I share, the interactions I engage in, and the behavior I exhibit on the Community Platforms. I acknowledge that while WRG and Trilith Institute actively monitor and moderate the platforms, they are not responsible for the actions of individual members and WRG participants beyond their control. This release and waiver constitutes the entire agreement between myself, WRG, and Trilith Institute regarding my participation in the Community Platforms and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. This release and waiver shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. This release and waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
